What we do with the details you send through the enquiry form on this page, and the tools the page uses.

The form asks for your name, phone number, email address and postcode, what needs cleaning, and anything else you want to tell us. Your details arrive with the address of the page you sent them from and, if you came to us from one of our Google adverts, the advert's click reference, so we know which advert brought you.
To reply to your enquiry with a price and, if you go ahead, to arrange the visit. We use your details for that and for nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Holo Digital, the marketing agency that built this page and runs our advertising, receives each enquiry on our behalf, keeps it on its own systems and passes it to us. It acts on our instructions only.
The page uses Google Analytics and PostHog to see how it is used, and Google Ads conversion tracking to tell Google when an advert led to an enquiry. Each of these sets cookies in your browser. They record that an enquiry was made, its reference number and the advert you came from, never your name, phone number, email address, postcode or message. When Google Ads enhanced conversions are switched on, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number goes to Google so it can match the enquiry to the advert click; Google cannot read the details from the hash. The page sets no other cookies.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to keep our business records, and then delete them.
